Eilika studied microbiology at the University of Goettingen and gained international work experience during two years on a virology research scholarship at the University College Dublin. She then returned to Goettingen to work as a lab technician in a phytopathology working group, before spending two years in Ukraine involved in voluntary community service projects, working with youth and on regional history. Currently, she is strengthening the Certification Department as an Certification Officer.
