Jack Ge graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor's degree and from Peking University with a master's degree, MBA graduate from UCLA .He currently serves as the CEO of the group, fully responsible for the strategic planning, market expansion, and global mergers and acquisitions integration of the group's certification business.

Before joining the group, he/she had over 10 years of industry management experience, specializing in third-party certification, sustainable development, mergers and acquisitions integration, and international market expansion. Prior to joining the group, he/she led a team to manage over 20,000 customers and established leading positions in multiple fields such as FSC, GOTS, Textile Exchange, organic, food safety, and more.
